The logistics hub will be the largest building in the world using hemp insulation, according to Steve Allin, Director of the International Hemp Building Association (IHBA). The 80,000 sq.m. facility, to be built by real estate developer NREP in Bålsta north of Stockholm, will support distribution operations by DAGAB, a branch of Axfood AB, to its food stores across Sweden.
